Information collected

This website has no enquiry form, account system or file-upload facility. If you contact PPS by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information received may include your name, contact details, company, property address, messages and photographs you choose to send. An owner or agent may provide occupant contact details to arrange authorised access.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and requests for pages for delivery, operation and security. Fonts and logo assets are supplied with the website; there are no embedded social feeds or advertising trackers in this site.

Purposes and lawful bases

An enquiry does not amount to consent to marketing. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made through this website. You choose what to provide; insufficient contact or property information may prevent PPS from responding or arranging work.

Sharing information

Relevant information may be handled by hosting, email and communication providers, contractors and specialists needed for agreed work, and professional advisers or authorities where necessary. Only information needed for the purpose should be shared. Personal information is not sold.

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp's own service, which handles information under its own privacy terms. Email and telephone communications also involve the relevant communication providers.

International processing

Cloudflare operates internationally. Its Data Processing Addendum describes international-transfer arrangements, including standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable. Communication providers may also process information outside the UK. Contact PPS for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept while needed to respond and assess potential work. Where an enquiry does not proceed, retention depends on whether there is an ongoing discussion or a dispute requiring the record. Photographs are kept while needed to assess, perform or document the work. Accounting and tax records are normally retained for up to six years, or longer where a specific obligation or unresolved claim requires it. There is no fixed automated deletion schedule; records are reviewed according to their purpose and any continuing legal need.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is relied on, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Contact PPS using the details above to exercise your rights or raise a concern. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
